The Home Confinement Office is supervised by Sgt. J.W. Fitzwater. This form of alternative sentencing
is strictly supervised and enforced by this officer, who have the authority to revoke the Home Confinement privileges at the
time of a violation. Fitzwater also serves as the baliff for the Honorable J.W. Hatcher JR, Circuit Judge for Fayette
County. If you have information as to a Home Confinee possibly violating his/her conditions, please contact the
